What is the Senior Rep Experience?

This Senior Rep Experience is a year long commitment of positively promoting Ann Keen Photography and in exchange you will get your senior session free and the opportunity to earn credits towards digital images, prints, etc. A reps job is to rock their photos, spread the word to their friends/peers and ultimately having them to book a session with Ann Keen Photography. Each friend you refer, who books a senior portrait session, earns you credit toward your prints and products or even cash. Senior Reps cannot have their photos taken by another senior photographer during the program.

Expectations

~You and your parents must agree to promote exclusively and solely for Ann Keen Photography for your senior portraits from the time of acceptance through the entire 2017-2018 school year.

~Spread the word on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & Snapchat and refer your friends using watermarked images. You are required to tag AKP and have one as profile picture.

~An initial investment of $100 is required upon the signing of your Senior Rep agreement. This will be added as credit toward your session AFTER your first referral.

~You are responsible for sending Ann Keen Photography at least 2 referral.

~Your parent or legal Guardian MUST sign a model release, allowing Ann Keen Photography to use your images for advertising and promotional purposes. You and your parent must also sign a senior rep agreement and standard portrait contract.

~Reps are required to have their initial rep mini session prior to August 1, 2017.

~Reps must be willing to spread the word and get friends interested in booking with Ann Keen Photography.

~You must be a graduating senior from Class of 2018 and attend a high school within the Placer County

~“Like” & “Follow” Ann Keen Photography and Ann Keen on all social media.

~You will receive at least 5-10 free watermarked, web-sized files from group/mini session/s to use on social media.

~Referral-based incentives as follows: Your first referral credits back $100 of your initial payment as a credit towards your order. For each booked and paid referral thereafter, you will receive your choice of a $30 print credit -OR- $25 cash or gift card.

~Receive custom swag and promotional materials
such as custom referral “rep” cards -OR- Custom Mobile App to share your images with friends!

~Be featured in our senior publications and social media marketing

~An individual senior experience session (between 1-2 hours, 3-4 outfit changes).

~A Senior Rep spotlight blog post, featuring you, your style, your hobbies and interests!

~All AKP Senior Reps will receive 15% off products at order session. Individuals with 2 or more referrals will receive 25% off products at order session.

~The Senior Rep with most referrals will receive bonus BFF Mini Session.

~Various Contests, Giveaways & opportunities amongst Senior Rep Crew to win more.

Fine Print

Before you can become an official AKP Senior Rep, you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian. Please be sure to go over all details listed before filling out application. If you are selected as a Senior Rep, at lease one parent or legal guardian must attend and in-person consultation and/or group meeting. At this meeting, I will review the senior rep program in full, explaining in detail all requirements and expectations so that we are all on the same page.

At this meeting, you and your parent will be required to sign the senior rep contract and model release as well as also pay investment fee required upon selection. By signing these documents, you agree to exclusively promote Ann Keen Photography from time of acceptance until graduation, representing Ann Keen Photography in an professional manner as entailed.
